TThe Norfolk United Soccer Club wishes to congratulate its two inaugural select teams which participated in the Virginia Soccer League, Inc. The U-13 girls' Norfolk United Lightning tied for the championship of the U-13 Girls Division 1 grouping with a 7-1-0 record. The U-11 girls' Norfolk United Thunder won the championship of the U-11Girls Southside grouping. Both teams are coached by Head Coach Christopher Kanter and Assistant Coaches Andy Cole and Sid Kitterman. The Lightning and Thunder have set the foundation for the future of the Norfolk United Soccer Club select program. Congratulations and thank you for representing the club well!
